This week’s Febrewary release is the Farm Table Pils. This is a brewed in the style of a traditional northern German pilsner and has a pale straw colour, with great clarity and a pillowy white head. The aroma is herbal and hoppy with some grainy, malty notes. A refreshing hop bite, dominates the flavour, which is counterbalanced by clean malt sweetness. The finish is quick and dry.

Chef Neil suggests pairing a sauteed calamari and chorizo with tomato sauce appetizer. This app is the perfect accompaniment to the refreshing Farm Table Pils and will only be available as long as the Farm Table Pils lasts at the bar.
