It’s all planned out and I am optimistic it’ll go well.

SADLY… it’s that time of the year…get our babies ready for hibernation, put our babies to bed..
But first we need each other to lift masts, lift and place our boats.
I’ve asked for the crane for 0730 Saturday morning (sunrise is 7:42)… it’ll take 20 minutes to set up and away we go!
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS.
MASTS:
4/boat (+ owner) to detach rig
min 3 to herd mast to racks
2 dock hands
HAUL:
2 teams of 4 slingers
2 liners
4 /pushers/unhookers
1 sling courrier
2 dock hands
2 herders (get boats in place for both mast/haul
COVID PROTOCOL:..please wear a mask when in very close proximity of a KYC friend/volunteer Clubhouse Doors will Open and a simple Breakfast will be served upstairs in the Partridge room from 0715-0815 with regular Brunch service starting at 1000. APPROXIMATE....timing:
8 min/boat to haul and place
20 min to reset crane
6 min/mast
order subject to change per crane operator wishes.
0730 crane arrives Set1
0750 first mast lift
1040 ~ 1050 completion of 29 mast lifts
1100ish set 2
1120 t docks raised
1150 finish 3 boats
1200ish set 3
1315 finish 3 boats + trailered boats
1330 move crane moved to yard
1630 26 lifts completed
I’m working with the galley staff for breakfast , lunch and post mortem beer.
