Visiting KYC

KYC is a charming stop in the Greater Kingston Harbour—our Cottage in the City! We look forward to seeing you.

When arriving by land, please check in at the office upon arrival. 

Parking: Please register your vehicle if you need parking while visiting KYC. Parking is subject to availability. Unregistered vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Dining pass: If you are considering membership, you may obtain a dining pass from the bar so that you and your guests can order drinks and a meal.

When arriving by boat, you can reach the gas dock by phone (613-547-5844) or VHF (Channel 68). 

At the Gas Dock: Bosuns will assist you with refueling (gasoline or diesel) and pump outs. 

  • Pump out: $30
  • Ice: $4 / bag 

Reciprocal club benefits

Reciprocal Club members are welcome to use KYC amenities and services, with the exception of Jemmet’s Landing, on a pay-as-you-go basis. Please present your current club membership card upon arrival. List of clubs with Reciprocal Privileges. 

Mooring reservations: Please call the gas dock (613-547-5844 or VHF Channel 68) on the day of arrival to reserve a mooring. When you call, please provide the name of your home club, your boat type, overall length, beam, whether your need power or any other services, estimated time of arrival and duration of visit. Slips are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability. Due to limited slips, KYC is unable to accept reservations in advance. 

Note there is a 3-night maximum during July and August.

Mooring fees: $3.00/foot + HST per night, includes potable water. Electrical: $5.50/night (15 amp) or $11/night (30 amp)

The second night of mooring is free of charge for members of clubs with reciprocal privileges.

**You must advise the staff at the Bar if you need to leave your boat unattended for more than 8 hours.
